RSS is the old, calm way to follow things on the web: a reader app checks this site for you and shows new issues as they appear. No account here, no ranking, no inbox required.

Never used one? Either of these is free and takes about a minute to set up:

• NetNewsWire — iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Free and open source; no account needed.
• Feedly — works in any browser, with apps for Android and iPhone. Asks you to create a free account first.

Then add this site: paste www.signalandnoise.email into the reader's search or "add feed" box, and tap Add (or Follow) when it finds Signal & Noise. If it asks for a feed address instead, give it https://www.signalandnoise.email/feed.xml.
